How do i get my girlfriend to start getting intimate? (Teen)?

I'm 16 and my girl is too, and i know im gonna get a bunch of "NO DONT RUSH YOURE TOO YOUNG" whatever, but try to avoid that cause that's not what i asked. Like she's cool with like, making out but that's about it..I'm not even talking sex, like just something further than making out. Like how do you even talk about that sort of thing at 16?
