When I plug me phone in, it gives me the option to do file transfers, I click it & it says don't remove & whatever else it usually says. But my computer doesn't show it anywhere. In "My Computer" it shows no file to my phone. How do I find it if it's not shown?

It can't read the memory card either, it never shows up.
