I recently bought a computer with Vista, and installed the driver for the Kensington Bluetooth EDR dongle, so that I could download photos taken by the camera in my AT&T LG cell phone.
The software installation was successful; and the Device Manager says the adapter is working. But the cell phone doesn't see the adapter. The Bluetooth settings on the phone are all on and working. How do I make the cell phone see the computer? (Or do I have yet another reason to hate Vista?)
I installed this same driver in my older computer with Windows XP, and my cell phone was able to find and connect to the older computer with no problems.
