My friend drove my car the other day and got pulled over and the police let him go but impounded my car. I bought the car with no driver's license and had insurance with through the finance company but was recently not renewed. I had it parked until I was gonna get a license but he messed it up. Still paying on the car tho. Can someone like my mother use her license to help me get my car out?
