Ok, so i've read the directions over and over and i did exactly what it says. but when i plug my phone into the usb thing and then to my computer, it only asks if i want to upload my pictures and videos onto my computer, it doesnt give me an option to "drag and drop" music files to my phone. i keep searching my computer for the "palm" folder thing but i can't seem to find it. please help, i just might die without my music D:
