How do I get motivated to eat healthy/workout?

I always plan to, Ill say "okay, Monday Im startin a new plan" then Ill get to Monday, eat something unhealthy and after that think to myself "Well I just messed up so Ill just start next Monday". How do I break this cycle?
Its so hard to start in the middle of the week, but how do aia stop and get motivated to workout and eat healthy?
