My cousin gave me a Sidekick that had a sim card and apparently when I called it's said "Your T-Mobile To Go account is to low to make this call, please refill your account to complete this call". Does that mean it is pre paid and I have to buy a card or is that a contract phone? Please help I am very confused.
How do I get more money in my account and change username on the Sidekick?
