I love watching highlights of old heavyweight boxing fights on ESPN classic. I remember mike tyson when I was a kid and he mesmerized me with his power and punching speed.
I want to follow current boxing and think its fundamentally an beautiful sport, but I have two problems.
1) There are so many different titles out there that I am confused as to who the top heavyweight truely is right now.
2) Boxing seems to be so corrupt and greedy that I don't know if it comes on normal cable channels or if I have to shell out $50 to watch a good fight. I feel like if I pay this much I would be supporting the stingy individuals who are currently holding boxing hostage. Wouldn't it be ridiculous if the superbowl charged pay-per-view?
How do I follow boxing more closely? Are there good magazines or websites?
