How do I get Meet and Greet Passes to a Jonas Brothers 'Burning Up' concert?

I'm going to there concert on August 11th at the Madison Square Garden and I really want meet and greet passes. I have heard that you have to get there super early and some random person just hands them out. Please answer my question!!!
