How do I get lower payments or a different car for what i am presently having to

pay due to bad credit.? I have been paying steadily for over 2 years. No bank will give me a loan again because of the bad credit. I was thinking of paying it off. I also thought about taking it to a dealership but I owe more than its worth. I am paying an outrageous amount of money every month and I need to change this situation somehow; It really sucks that after 5 years since the cause of the bad credit I will not really get a break Talk about wasting money. I should be driving around in a top of the line SUV or have two vehilces instead I am driving in a 99 Windstar.
