how do i get into the sports shop in the club penguin ds game?

i'm in the room where you talk with the director and i cant find my way out of there. Can u plz help me?! i need the answer right now!!!
i need these answers fast cause i am playing the game right now and im stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help!!!!!!!!1
well i tried that and it doesnt help at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plz help!
 
well i dont completely remember but there should be (if i have the right scene) two pieces of a laptop thing, and you put them together and the rest should be straight forward
i think you have to call the red puffle and break a box to find it
