How do I get into my samsung impressions menu without touch screen?

Is there a shortcut? My touch screen wont work at all if I touch it is unresponsive and wont pick up my touch and I need to get into the menu to transfer my contacts! Help?
Its a keyboard phone and the buttons work just not the screen
