I have a Motorola i580 phone from boost mobile (idma). I've had it for 2 days now and I haven't gotten the internet to work at all. I go to "web" and it says "There was an error. Error while retrieving user. Sorry for the inconvenience." I tried restarting the browser but that doesn't work. The employee set up my phone, so I'm not sure what she did or didn't do to setup the internet. There is a globe icon at the top of the display? Doesn't than stand for the web?
