okay so i know that i am doing this a little late but im leaving for air force bmt in 15 days. I havent been running or anything but i can do alot of pushups and situps i just cant run. I am a fast runner but slow long distance runner. My last mile i ran was a 8:48....yea i know that is extrememly slow. Im ready to put myself to the challenge and bust my ass for the next 2 weeks. Can somebody give me a workout plan that involves everything?
