how do i get free ringtones with a sprint rumor with a metro pcs plan?

i have a sprint rumor (the first one). i just got it activated 2 days ago.

i dont have Web browsing,Picture texting or Email....

is there a website that will send me free ringtones via text or any other way???

PLEASE HELP!!
