How do I get flash player on my wii!!?

Can someone give me step by step directions on how to get flash player on the wii cuz I cant go on some sites cuz I need it! I Have the internet and can go on most sites but some say I need flash player!!! and I just bought the internet on it yesterday so its not that!!
 
The wii has a version on it but Not Flash player 9, the newest however, it does have 7, it'll play some games and youtube, the only bad thing is that it is a pain when it "doesn't have enough flash memory for the flash content..." so sorry but they might be working on another version of the browser...
 
The Wii's Internet Channel has Flash 7 installed on it already, and can't be upgraded. Some sites that still support Flash 7 or earlier (like YouTube) will play, but there's no way to upgrade it to a newer version for the sites that need the newer versions, unfortunately.
