how do i get custody of my 4 year old son and what do judges look at in court?

ok me and my ex were never married but i left him and moved back to my moms house about 3 years ago. Now i live with my fiancee and currently dont have a job. I have been filling out all kinds of applications but i havent heard back from any of them. I live in texas and i have heard that judges tend to give mothers custody i dont know about any of that though. My ex is a firefighter and has a fiancee that he has only known for a couple of months. They know have a morgage together. His fiancee has a 5 year old child of her own. The first day i brought my son home from the hospital i was very tired and upset and i said some things about his mother that he didnt like so he pushed me down and i fell on my stiches. This is considered abuse. We share time with our son every week so that time is equal. This is the current situation. If anyone has any good advice please help.

put cocaine in his truck & have Him Busted

Then you can go to court & gain custody

When my Ex left me in 1983
My Daughter was 2

This is What I did to Her & New Boyfriend

Guess who Paid Child Support for 18 Years

It was Not me

I Was Told By A Police friend of Mine to do this

And it worked very well
