How Do I Get Big Arms Without Flexing?

I haven't been working out for too long, but basically I started in mid July this year, but I was doing it all wrong (not giving muscles enough rest to recover), and then in June I still wasn't working out properly because I wasn't eating enough protein. But since mid August I've been working out properly, making sure to eat more protein, and letting my muscles have enough rest to recover. Now my arms, aren't very big, but my biceps have gone much bigger, now I was wondering how long (how many months?) it would take to get big arms overall? My arm workout is below, and I do my biceps and triceps on different days. I also think I might be expecting too much, way too soon, since I'm guessing 2 months is no way near enough time to start getting big arms :/

Biceps: Dumbbell Curls, Barbell Curls, Alternating Hammer Curls, Pull Ups, Concentration Curls
Triceps: Skullcrushers [with Barbell], Dips, Diamond Push Ups, Overhead Dumbbell Extension


So if I keep working hard, and making sure to eat a lot of protein each day, will I eventually get big arms? (if so, please specify, rougly how long?), oh and just so everyone knows, I DO workout the rest of my body too!

Oh, and I'm sixteen years old!
