Ive been going to the gym for maybe two years now. I go almost everyday, my first workout day is chest/triceps, then a day of cardio/abs, then back and biceps, then cardio and abs, then legs an shoulders then cardio and abs, then repeat. Sometimes I dont do abs every other day because their still sore but I do them alot. Since ive went to the gym Ive got much stronger, but i havent really got more toned or muscular, i mean maybe a little bit but not enough to where Id be happy with my results. As for a six pack I definitly have abs underneath my stomach fat, i can feel them. I can also see an outline of the ab muscles but how do i get them to show more. Im not really fat at all im only 14 percent body fat, but its all really on my stomach more specifically the lower part of my stomach. I eat pretty healthy but I dont want to eat less because im only 5 foot 8 145 pounds, I really dont need to lose weight at all just fat. How can I lose stomach fat, especially on the lower part of my stomach, and how can I get more muscular, please help!
