my 400m time is 1:12 and my 40 yd sprint iis 4.9 sec and idk my 200m but we always race and i get first on it lol
im the fastest on my soccer team.. (maybe my team is just slow) haha so im considering track but the thing is i know there are proper training techniques, and strategies, and workouts i should do but i have no idea what they are i honestly just wing it when i run these and i think i could become really good at track i really wanna drop about 10-12 sec on my 400m what tips do you have and things i could do thanks
