On my computer the scroll bar on the right has the up arrow and the scroll bar but the arrow on the bottom is not visible. I like to use that when going down to view the webpage. It seems to be covered by the bottom toolbar of the screen that has the time and date and stuff. Does anyone know the steps to fix this? Thanks!
