how do i get back my java and adobe flash,i followed the suggestions you all gave

me,still not working? How can i reinstall adobe flash player and java script?
I have an Acer computer,i was having problems so i uninstalled lots of files,the acer is working again,but i removed what i need to play games and watch videos.I dont remember what i did,I need your help.
