I used to work out alot, but i had so many projects lately for the past 2.5 Months (which is very long) how do i getr back in the groove, more specifically, how do i revive my metabolism so that it can easily adjust to my workouts again so i can get in shape. its hard to just go out and excercise not knowing what to do. and specific things i should do and focus on? im gonna start working out tomorrow, but info on how to boost my metabolism, so that i can at least feel good while working out, would be helpful. Please and Thank you.

Theres heaps of different options when it comes to fitness, it really comes down to personal preference as to which you perfer. If you enjoy the activity then its easier to motivate and less likely to become a chore. Options like swimming, running, martial arts, dancing, bike riding, gyms or joining a sports team can all depend on where you are located and thereby what is available to you.

You probably want to start out light and get your muscles back into rhythm. Start by doing moderate cardio- jogging a couple miles, biking, swimming etc..then increase your intensity over a couple weeks till you are comfortable with your workout. Make sure you stretch your muscles everyday- this will help in getting back into shape. If you used to work out a lot, it won't be hard to get back into shape- your muscles have memory (thankfully) and will quickly resume functionality.
The key thing in metabolism is overall body health. You need to make sure you are getting adequate SLEEP and eating a good healthy diet. Plus drink a lot of water and green tea. Once your body is used to working out again, add weights. Too keep your workout powered eat a tbsp of peanut butter about 30 mins before your workout.
Good Luck =)
