Im 17years old, 6ft,187lbs and I've been working out for about two years now. I wake up at 4, and do an hour of heavy lifting, followed by an hour of cardio, and follow with a balanced diet every day. Im in peak physical condition, with 4% body fat. Ive never really had trouble getting up before, but lately Ive been sluggish. What do you think would give me a boost? I dont drink energy drinks, or coffee. Only water.
