How do I get an employee's discount at Macy's if I do not have a credit card?

I understand to get an employee's discount, I need to get a card. To get a card, I need a credit score of at least 500. To get that I need a bank account. I don't have a bank account. I just started working at Macy's and I'd like to know what I can do to get the discount without the card. I work at Macy's West in California if it helps.
