I'm Seeing Double Vision

I've looked up ppl's past questions about this and haven't gotten anywhere. No clue what I'm doing wrong but for example

I'm trying to get Videos and Pictures to be red and font size 5 in my HTML editor but no luck on the preview look yet. I've tried other tags involving graphics but I thinks it's the same unknown problem for me.
