how do i get adobe flash player or swf player on ipod touch?

hey guys recently i got a problem i cannot play any videos from youtube or any website because it always says i need to install adobe flash player but when i go to get it my ipod says it cannot open that kind of file what ccan i do? or am i screwed? its a 2nd gen with firmware 2.2 thx
 
um, you need to use the youtube app since flash is not on ipod touch yet
