How do I get a w-2 fixed when the business went under and they won't answer.

They put reembursement with wages? I got a w-2 where they put $9000 of mileage used reembursments as income. It shows on my last paycheck for mileage but they added it all togehter. IT is costing me almost $3000. Most of that would be off of my income wages. I am at a 33% tax.
