So I got the new mytouch slide. I have all my contacts on my backup tmobile because I had the sidekick lx. I called in to custumer service and the lady told me to get the app for it but this app isn't working something about service not working. So then she told me I would be getting the system upgrade soon maybe in the next 72hours. Is there a differnt way or can i speed this process up?
