How do I get a stain out of my khaki trench? It is a dye stain from my book bag.?

It was a rainy day, and my book bag made a nickel size stain on my trench. I have tried scrubbing the stain with a cloth, hand soap, and water, but it has not worked too well. Any suggestions?
