I have the same phone and a couple of days ago whenever I went to take off the case that the salesman put on there, there was a scratch. Depending on the phone type you could buy a cover to "hide" the scratches. I do know that on certain phone models you can buy replacement screens if you happen to scratch your display. But yes, if your scratches are on the body of the phone, they are there to stay. A scratch doesn't mean the phone isn't broken though - I'm sure it can still be used, it just won't look as new or shiny.
how do i get a scratch out of my new phone? its not a big one but it is bothering
