How do i get a movie from the internet from adobe flash to save onto my

computer files to convert? i need to convert an adobe flash movie onto my ipod but i cant get the flash to save/download into my files to convert. please help.
the movie i want to convert has an embedded code that won't save as a file to convert.
 
If you are downloading from You-Tube you can go to: http://mediaconverter.org or http://clipnabber.com and download them. (On Media Converter you can convert and download.)

If it is a flash movie not on a video hosting site you can look in the HTML code for the link to the swf file. If you have real player you can use the real player download manger to download it to your computer.

I hope this helps I would have been better if there was more info.
