How do I get a media text to stop playing on my Blackberry?

I have the BB Tour and someone sent me a media text file. I have deleted this file but everytime I get a missed call alert or other alerts of that nature, the sound from that text begins to play. This is extremely annoying and I wish to stop this form happening. Any help please...
