How do I get a girl to talk to me one-on-one?

I hang out with this group of friends a lot and I like one of the girls in the group. I want to ask her out, but I want to do it one-on-one because it might be uncomfortable or awkward to ask while in the group. I'd like some ideas on how to get her out of the group to talk to me one-on-one. Thanks.
