How do I get a girl to talk to me one-on-one.?

This is going to sound a bit tool-ish, but when I can get a girl one-on-one, I have really good game. I just need to get them away from the pr*cks at the party while not seeming like I am one myself. Usually you women respond well to guys who aren't stuck up d**ches, so I just need a way to approach a woman without looking like one.
