...application)? I have never had a job, and in order to get some financial aid I have to send my tax return. But since I have never filed taxes, instead I have to submit a statement from the IRS that says a return was not filed for last year.

Where do I get this form? I searched the irs website but it just gave me a headache. First answer to help will get best answer!
