How do I get a current copy of condo bylaws and and condo declaration?

Hi,

We bought our brownstone apartment a year ago and at the time I didn't request a current copy of the condo bylaws and condo declaration (first time buyer mistake). How do I go about getting a copy of each now? I asked the other two unit owners in the building, but neither of them have a copy.

We are in NYC.

Go directly to the HOA. There may be a fee. The HOA will have up to date copies
