from my sons birth cert? My childs father took me to court for visitation and he requested a paternity test. He was proven not to be the father (thank god) and I already had my sons last name changed to mine(had to get court order) but the Georgia vital records wants another court order to remove the alleged fathers name from his birth certificate. I sent them the copy of the paternity test. DUH! looks like that would be all they need. Please help. How do I get a court order without having a lawyer do it for me? Any information that might help? Thank you for your time..
