How do I get a cc-by image off flickr by keyword? API/PHP Helo?

Is there a widget out there or piece of API code I could use to do the following:

I want to quickly find images to use for web profiles in an app I am writing. I want to use creative commons images that allow for commercial usage. I only need to know how to pull the image, the author info, and the original url for posting. I can write the rest of the code.

Not my style, but you look great. Personally, I would tone one piece down a little bit.But that's just personal preference

And just a word of advice for those that are looking at the gowns - not all styles are that well made. When you are shopping or having your gown fitted, check the main seams and hems etc because sometimes they are really dodgy.
