How do I flash the Firmware on Network Printers?

I have a couple HP LaserJet P3005 printers that need to have the Firmware updated but I can find instructions on updating the Firmware for Network Printers. Could someone possibly provide me instructions or a website with some help?

If thay are on the network then just go to the GUI for each and Select update.

Find the IP address for each and use IE to access them
