How do i Flash, Sony Ericsson W995?

Hi I am having problems with my w995, BATTERY CANNOT BE CHARGED YOU MUST USE A SONY ERICSSON BATTERY message comes up, every time i plug the charger in, and also have another problem which is the phone has no signal, and keeps on coming up NO SERVICE. How do i fix or flash the phone.
