how do i flash my motorola devour to cricket?

hi i have a verizon Devour...and verizon is way to expensive to use this device...anyone know how to flash it to cricKet?? im pretty computer savvy so i think i can do it...normal stores charge like 30-50 bucks to flash it...that doesn't include the 15 activation fee with cricKet and your first month payment just to activate PLEASE HELP..i just need the steps to do it
