I got this message on the Xbox 360 support page when I attempted to register my Xbox for repair. I checked the serial number multiple times. Please help me. I may have to call in to resolve my issue but that is exactly what I am trying to avoid. I have had the red ring once before and called in and it was a struggle to communicate with the individual on the other end due to the other persons nationality. (Probably Indian
