How do I fix this Boot Camp problem?

It's the usual "The disk cannot be partitioned because some files cannot be moved." error message that I've seen on google since the beginning of time, but I'm not programming savvy at all... so whoever has the answer as to what to do, pleeeeeease put it in stupid people terms.

I have deleted temporary files using MainMenu.
I have 45 GB of free space on my Mac.
I have Repaired Disk Permissions.
