How do I fix the window panels on the car from peeling off from the heat?

Looks like the window panels on the body of the car but surround the windows are peeling off my 2000 Toyota Carolla. I have glued them before wiht gorilla glue on my own, but is there a more permanant solution? They have peeled on all the doors. 2 front, 2 back. Tacky...and makes my car look cheap...
I live in S. Florida, and I know its hot and likely to peel, but its starting to crack.
Anyone have any ideas?
