I bought a new Samsung Caliper cellphone and it came with a cd/program: Samsung New PC Studio. I installed it to my laptop and every time a try to open it I get a message saying: The program will exit do to NPSMain error. I uninstall and installed the program a few times but nothing. Even when I plug my phone or open manually (phone disconnected/not plug-in) I still get the same error. Phone works great but would like to use the program for more features(if available) . What can I do to fix the error?
