How do i fix the "No Wifi" and no bluetooth problem on my 2g ipod touch?

I just got a used ipod touch 2g for christmas and i reset it. I went to Settings and saw that the wifi button said "No Wifi" and is greyed out. I have reset it and restored it over and over. I am pretty sure before the first time i reset it, the wifi was working but i dont know. Also the bluetooth is greyed out. How do i fix this?
