How do i fix the control panel for my car? And how do i fix the heat for my car?

when i crank up the car, the ac automatically cuts on by itself and it starts to blow. when i touch the control panel to cut it off, its doesn't work sometimes. when it comes on by itself, i can cut the ac off but seconds later the car makes a annoying type of noise and the ac cuts right back on by itself. whenever its on i would turn the knob to heat and it still blows out cold air.
