How do I fix the color of my eyebrows to match my dyed hair?

I naturally have blondish brown hair and recently dyed it light blonde. My eyebrows are black and do not match my hair and I look like a freak! What over the counter product can I use to lighten the color of my brows? Or, how much does it cost to lighten them at a salon?
