How do I fix straight lines in Adobe Photoshop?

Whenever I try to draw with my tablet, I only get straight lines. I can't create a curve of any sort. ): I have the newest driver for my tablet.

Tablet: Genius MousePen 8 x 6-Inch Graphic Tablet for Home and Office
--A year old but like new since I rarely used it.
Adobe Photoshop CS4 - Portable
